1. Refundable cases
We will refund 100% of the amount you have paid to us if one of the following cases:
- We do not complete the software installation for you due to our insufficient ability
- The software is unusable or does not meet the functions as we promised.
If one of the above cases occurs we will automatically Refund and notify you back.
Note: Refund Period only 30 days from Receiving your Software or Hardware.
2. Non-refundable cases
we always put customer satisfaction first, we want to serve customers the best. To us, clarity and transparency from the beginning is one of the factors to maintain and ensure that satisfaction. In the following cases, we will not apply a refund policy, please sympathize:
- Computer infected with virus leads to software errors
- Your computer is damaged, you replace it with another computer and ask us to reinstall the software for you.
- Software expires (due to the expiration date of the license), in case of a active error or license error but not until the expiration date, we will active or reinstall the software with the version that you currently use.
- Your hardware device (VCI) is faulty and the software cannot connect to the vehicle
- Arbitrarily updating the software to a newer version leads to error.
- Conflicts with software installed by you or others after we have done the installation on your device
The following software will not be able to install on the same operating system (if you do not know how, it will be error)
No refund does not mean we will leave you alone. We always want to serve you the best, please refer to our after-sales support policy!
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
