Description

- No torque derates.
- No warning lamps on the dashboard.
- No OEM software from trucks for different markets. Your fuel injection settings remain initial.
- 40 minutes (or less) for each truck.
- Relatively simple equipment requirements.
Legal framework usage of this service
This is ECM tuning (adjustment) service. The result of this service is improvement the performance characteristics of customer’s equipment.
The service may require additional hardware and/or software tools on the Customer side. See “Equipment requirements” tab for the details.
Terms and conditions are determined in the Public Offer Agreement. Full agreement text is located in the Agreement section of this website.
The ECM tuning may cause emission class change. Customer takes full responsibility of technical inspections and certification of his equipment regardless of his jurisdiction and local emissions regulations. ONOMA not accept complaints due to certification incompatibilities.
- Select desired time of your service to book engineer to support you. Please note that our engineers are available on business days from 06:00 to 19:30 UTC ( Monday-Friday from 6AM to 7:30PM by GMT).
- Fill the form field VIN or chassis ID below the calendar.
- Make sure that your wallet balance is enough to pay for the selected service.
- Use any option shown at the order confirmation page to contact us on the booked time.
- If you have time corrections and/or any technical questions feel free to contact us.
- Make sure your laptop, communication interface, diagnostic software (TechTool) and TeamViewer are working properly.
- Unplug all emission control components before programming.
- Share your TeamViewer credentials with our support team through any communication channel 5-10 min before the scheduled time
Equipment requirements
- Laptop/PC/VM with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10.
- Communication adapter: 88890020, VoCom or ANY RP1210C (Nexiq USB-Link, Noregon DLA , DPA5, Inline6, etc).
- TechTool 1.12 – strongly recommended, offline version. Important! Please do not use Techtool with online accounts for this operation!
- TeamViewer (download latest version from www.teamviewer.com).
